Welcome to SONIBEN BHAGVANBHAI MAHAJAN. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our nail art and beauty services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Advance bookings are recommended for better service. Booking confirmation can be done via phone call, WhatsApp, or online form. We recommend booking at least 1-2 days in advance for regular services and 3-5 days for special occasions like weddings. A small advance payment may be required for special occasion bookings.
Cancellations must be communicated via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for rescheduled appointments within 30 days.
Standard nail art services include nail preparation, design application, and finishing. Gel and acrylic services include base coat, color application, and top coat. Manicure and pedicure include nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application. Additional services and premium designs available on request.
Complex nail art designs, 3D art, premium products, nail extensions, and special occasion packages may incur additional charges. Prices will be communicated before service begins. All prices are subject to GST as applicable.
Payment can be made at the time of service. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers. GST applicable as per government regulations. All payments are final except for service quality issues as per our guarantee policy.
All services meet quality standards using premium products. We use only trusted brands for nail polish, gel, and acrylic products. In case of any service quality issues, we provide free touch-up within 7 days. We're not liable for damages due to client negligence or external factors.
All nail artists are experienced, trained professionals. They adhere to professional conduct, hygiene standards, and provide quality service. We maintain strict hygiene protocols including sanitization of tools and workstations. Staff may refuse service for inappropriate behavior or health concerns.
We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. All tools are sanitized between clients. We use quality products that are safe for use. However, clients with known allergies or skin conditions should inform us before service. We're not responsible for allergic reactions if not informed in advance.
We guarantee quality service and beautiful results. If you're not satisfied with the service quality, we provide free touch-up within 7 days. For service failures due to our error, we offer full refund or re-service at no charge. Refunds subject to service evaluation.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via website or direct notification. Continued service use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
